Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the information you give us through this website: what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it. It is written in plain English on purpose.
Who is responsible for your data
Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK — Law No. 6698) the party that decides why and how your personal data is processed is called the data controller. For anything you send through this website, that is:
Not yet named. The legal entity behind this site is still being established, so we are leaving this blank rather than printing a name that is not the real one. Until it is filled in, the contact details below reach the people responsible.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form, plus a small amount of technical information that accompanies any web request. We do not ask for identity documents, financial details or anything else through this site.
- Your name, and whichever of email address or phone number you choose to give us. One of the two is required, because otherwise we cannot reply.
- The message you write and — if you enquired from a specific property — the reference number of that home, so our reply can name the right one.
- The page you sent the form from, and the fact that you ticked the consent box.
- Basic anti-spam signals: whether a hidden field was filled in, and how long the form was open before it was sent. These identify automated submissions, not people.
Why we use it
For one thing, and its immediate consequences:
- To reply to your enquiry and to carry on that conversation with you.
- To keep a record of enquiries, so a later message from you is not treated as a first contact.
- To stop automated spam from flooding the same forms.
The basis we rely on
Your explicit consent, given by ticking the box on the form. That is why the box is never pre-ticked and the form will not send without it. You can withdraw consent at any time — see "Your rights" below — and withdrawing it does not affect anything done while it was in force.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies, and uses no third-party advertising trackers. We do count anonymous actions — a WhatsApp button pressed, a map marker opened, a form sent — so we can tell which pages are useful. Those counts carry a random identifier created fresh in your browser's memory on each page load, never written to a cookie or to local storage, and gone when you close the tab. It cannot be linked to you and it is not linked to anything you type into a form.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is stored on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare, and a copy may also be delivered to us by email through a form-delivery service, so those providers process it on our behalf. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not pass it to a third party for their own purposes. If answering your enquiry means introducing you to someone — a lawyer, a seller, a licensed agency — we ask you first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. After that they are deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner we do it — you do not have to give a reason, and it does not have to wait for any period to elapse.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you can ask us, free of charge, to:
- Tell you whether we hold personal data about you, and give you a copy of it.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete it, or withdraw the consent you gave.
- Tell you who we have shared it with, if anyone.
- Object to how it is being used.
How to ask
Email or message us using the details below and say what you want done. We will action it and confirm back to you. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle data we update this page. Material changes are reflected here before they take effect.
