A furnished two-bedroom apartment a street back from the Moda shoreline, offered on a twelve-month contract. The building dates from the late eighties and the apartment reflects that — solid, well laid out, with a wide balcony running off the living room that catches afternoon sun. Furnishing is comfortable rather than designed: a sofa, dining table, two double beds, wardrobes, and a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and washing machine. Heating is by individual gas boiler, which gives the tenant control over running costs.
