A top-floor apartment in a small building on the Yeniköy shore, one of the Bosphorus villages that has kept its scale while the city grew around it. The building stands on the water side of the coast road, so the view from the living room and terrace is of the channel itself rather than across traffic — a distinction that accounts for much of the price difference between apartments in this village.
